Add support for pug includes

Pug's include paths are not surrounded by quotes (see https://pugjs.org/language/includes.html) and therefore PathIntellisense does not get triggered.

PathIntellisense is an excellent extension (thanks for your work!) and it would be great if it would also support pug includes.

Hi @odonyde thank you for the input. Since I have more and more request to support a specific language I have to think about a better structure where I can add language specific rules.
