I'm using Mac OSX El Capitan. If neither ImageMagick nor OptiPNG are installed, and one of these checkboxes is selected when attempting to export, a subprocess python exception is given....

This is a fix for https://github.com/ChristianBecker/inkscape-android-export/issues/6 - now clear error message is shown correctly I've also changed the method name style to conform python code style and other methods.
