• [ ] CSV output of main processing: After preprocessing the XML2CSV function could be used to create a final CSV table with major XML results from the processed scans, e.g. tissue volumes, thickness, processing errors, etc. based on the user level (affected file cat_run). The XML2CSV Batch would also work for the ROI labels but would need further validation and optimisation.
