mdlint -v should include the normal output

mdlint -v should include the normal output

$ mdlint link-test.md 
All markdown files passed linting
$ mdlint -v link-test.md 
Markdown passed linting for link-test.md

My expectation was for mdlint -v to also include the "All markdown files passed linting" output.
