Everything came back after rebooting

Weird thing Surprisingly the tool works fine in all the machines I tested on , but one my laptop after choosing to remove MS apps and Edge as well it actually does but after a reboot every thing came back like nothing happened !! (tried it multiple times with changing things here and there and the same issue)
