winget not installed error

if running utility in an elevated powershell command prompt.......

1. for non admin user, get message saying "winget is not installed" even though it is

2. works fine if running utility when logged in as a admin user

?

? Happens for me as well on clean Windows 11.

have had that issue, usually resolves itself after a while when microsoft sorts out its servers

my issue is winget does not even run in admin prompt running within non admin user, it says no such app is installed
