Script not running

Describe the bug Script not running

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to Powershell as an admin
  2. Enter the command
  3. And it just blinks, with no script running. 

Expected behavior Script is running instal chocolatey bla bla bla.

Additional context I'm not sure what happens when it works sometimes and doesn't work other times (in the same device). However, my internet connection is adequate.
