Ability to scale font/UI size

❓ Is your feature request related to a problem?
While showing someone the tool to help them build a MicroWin build so they could use it in the future, they mentioned that they were unable to read the text on their 27" 1080p display. As we discussed this, I was able to help them through getting it sorted out, but it made me think about the fact that this would be good to address as an accessibilty feature.
💡 Describe the solution you'd like
Being able to either scale the text, or UI as a whole, using a slider or text based percentage scale. This could also including making the text smaller for people wanting a denser expereince (which is typically my preference, but I'd be happy even if it's just the ability to enlarge it for accessibility reasons).
🔄 Describe alternatives you've considered
The ability to increase the scale be expanding the window created by the script would be an acceptable alternative, as it could still increase the size of the text and options.
