Disable Taskbar thumbnail preview on mouse hover

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Taskbar thumbnail preview on mouse hover interupts my workflow. For example, when an accidentally trigger thumbnail preview opens near start menu, I have to wait a few seconds before I can hit start. The feature is not disabled when disabling aero peek.

Describe the solution you'd like This registry change postpones the thumbnail popup. A crude, but effective, means to disable the pop-up.
