Language Bar action taken while not supposed to

Describe the bug My Win11 was setup to be displayed in English but using French AZERTY keyboard (not easy to setup like that let me assure you) and language bar deactivated. Used the tool for the first time (Desktop preset + Remove Edge + Set Classic Right-Click Menu). (Got a lot of red text btw) After system restart, language bar was floating on desktop with 2 ENGLISH QWERTY (one UK and one USA) keyboards but no AZERTY French. Added the French AZERTY keyboard back. But now I'm stuck with these 2 QWERTY keyboards and no way to delete them in the language options. Any way to revert this change (and maybe add an option to set this in the winutil UI) ?

Expected behavior No modification of language and region settings was expected.

I just remember how I deleted these keyboard (just add the language and delete it).

But it would be great if the winutil would not touch the regional settings (or let user choose which language / settings to use)
