When running the "System Corruption Scan" it runs in powershell 5 (blue powershell)

To Reproduce

0. Using win 10 iot ltsc
1. Go to 'Config -> Fixes'
2. Click on 'System Corruption Scan'
3. It spawns the windows built in powershell

Expected behavior

Use powershell 7 when available and/or when set as the systems default shell.

This is just a minor gripe since the script ran fine. Nonetheless a bit annoying.
