Power shell 7 download is stuck

I just did some tweaks and selected download powershell 7 and the downloads been stuck for like an hour now image

Winget issue. Not Winutil issues

This is either a winget issue, an issue from Microsofts installation file or an Internet issue on your end. There is not really something we can do about this..
