Hibernates when Plugged In

Describe the bug

Checking Set Hibernation as default (good for laptops) is really great. However when the laptop is plugged into the wall it should sleep instead of hibernate.

Personally, I have my laptop setup with a dock. When I'm on the go I would love for my pc to hibernate. But when its docked I have to wait for the PC to come out of hibernation, which is longer than waking up from a sleep

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Enable Set Hibernation as default (good for laptops)
2. Plug laptop in
3. Wait until it hibernates

Expected behavior

Sleep when plugged into power
