Describe the bug

Went to use win utility today and it wouldn't let me delete Microsoft edge can't really describe error so sent a error picture instead

Thanks I thought it was my end 😂. Can I be kept informed when it is fixed please so I can delete Microsoft edge and one drive again please

I've test 24.08.30 against default microwin build from the same release. I couldn't remove edge either. Here's a log
