Buttons to add shortcuts on desktop for the Legacy Windows Panels on the Config page

It would be handy to be able to easily put shortcuts to each legacy panel on the desktop. There is plenty of room on the page for these to be added.

Consider added the following the the Legacy panels:

1. Disk manager
2. Task manager

Is this actually a feature that users want/need? I myself don't really see the benefit of having a desktop icon when both described functions can simply be opened by right clicking the start menu
