Mouse Acceleration Toggle - Non-Functional

Describe the bug

Toggling Mouse Acceleration ON or OFF has no effect in both Windows 10 Pro 22H2 & 11 Pro 23H2 (haven't tested with home)

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Tweaks > Customize Preferences
2. Click the slider/toggle for Mouse Acceleration
3. Check Powershell output to confirm the setting should be applied
4. In Windows, search for and go to Change the mouse pointer display or speed
5. Note that Enhance Pointer Precision does not change, regardless of the Mouse Acceleration toggle/slider

Expected behavior

Toggling the Mouse Acceleration Slider should Enable/Disable Enhance pointer precision

I have checked wether this setting changes both with the mouse options windows open while making the change, re-opening after changing the toggle and restarting Winutil after each change. All result in the same behaviour. Edit: This is with the stable branch

Regarding this specific tweak, I can't tell why it update this setting when toggling it on/off, looking into the actual code which makes these registry changes (Link To Code, and pinned to latest commit, as of time of writing).. maybe because it's changing other settings related to Mouse Acceleration which not related to Mouse Pointer Percision checkbox in control panel, will need further investigation.

Will link this issue to #2226 for UI/UX Improvements as well. Thanks for reporting it 😄
