Messes with time-zone sync

After applying tweaks, I'm unable to use my ChatGPT plus membership due to infinite "puzzle" verifications. That happened because "tweaks" messed up with time settings in Windows. Might be due to new changes of "locations" blocking, thats my only guess. With previous versions I had 0 issues.
