Recommended update settings not applying

Describe the bug I'll set the update settings to only install security updates but it will still try to install feature updates, even after saying the setting was successfully changed.

Expected behavior Feature updates will be blocked while security updates install as usual

Additional context I am on windows 11 version 22H2 and its currently trying to install version 23H2, despite it being labelled as a feature update in the updater. I did download and later uninstall version 23H2, but im not sure if that could be related.
