User prompt doesnt install

Describe the bug I am once again on a fresh windows install , have updated my winget , ms store And I think its related to new version of winutil

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Install'
2. Click on 'Affine' and select INstall/upgrade
3. Scroll down in console to see 'Starting install of AFFiNE.stable with winget. No package found matching input criteria. Attempt with User scope No package found matching input criteria. Attempt with User prompt'
4. Enter your creds in User prompt , its with a powershell logo like winutil
5. Does not install Expected behavior No need for user credentials as qw open winutil with admin access , Installation of the program after inputting user credentials Screenshots
