NVCleanstall does not install

Describe the bug NVCleanstall does not appear to be installable through winget or chocolatey

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. run the windows utility
  2. try to install NVCleanstall
  3. use utility to "get installed"
  4. NVCleanstall does not show despite successful install message

Expected behavior I expected NVCleanstall to be installed

It seems that NVCleanstall is currently not included in the winget repository. It got removed in the following PR because the URL returned a 404 when accessed via the browser. https://github.com/microsoft/winget-pkgs/pull/147172

As described in this comment this I a quirk of Techpowerup which takes advantage of certain user agents to allow the download anyway. https://github.com/microsoft/winget-pkgs/pull/146328#issuecomment-2018503748

At the moment, there is an open PR that reverts the removal of NVCleanstall from the repository. As soon as this is merged, the installation should work again.

NVCleanstall is again available via Winget. Imo this Issue can be closed :)
