Update message does not classify as a 'warning'

This message does not classify as a warning. It's a verbose debug message. Either this messages should be removed entirely or hidden behind a 'verbose' flag. The user doesn't need to know the update was skipped because its been x days since the last more than once a day. https://github.com/ChrisTitusTech/powershell-profile/blob/e89e9b0f968fa2224c8a9400d2023770362fb278/Microsoft.PowerShell_profile.ps1#L91 https://github.com/ChrisTitusTech/powershell-profile/blob/e89e9b0f968fa2224c8a9400d2023770362fb278/Microsoft.PowerShell_profile.ps1#L131

What is the sentiment on changing this or removing this completely? While I completely approve of the skipping the update for x days I don't believe the user needs to be notified every single shell they open.
