feat: Android AM Intent interface

Hi there,

~I've read the other NixOS issue and found this project inspiring. It definitely needs a nix flake interface along with the CLI & TUI and that won't be too much code. Feedback I provided on a related channel:~

~"It would be better to expose these as nix flakes as well.~ I can see Android AOSP providing something similar via Activity Manager Intents as well even in ~5 years. This might be better than TaskerNet feature of the Tasker android app. I'll forward my feedback to Chris as a GitHub issue :P"

About nix: see https://github.com/ChrisTitusTech/linutil/issues/759#issuecomment-2460809524 & #765. We think creating a flake for nix would be pointless as there's not much you can do with Linutil on NixOS without adding support to every script.
