Provide a .deb package for Debian based distros

Hi,

will it be possible to provide a .deb package for an easy permanent installation on Debian based distros?

Additionally, having a .deb package would make it possible to add linutil to deb-get: https://github.com/wimpysworld/deb-get

Since linutil has scripts that modifies kernel arguments, adds removes drivers the probability of deb-get accepting linutil is low. See their contributing guide lines for info.
