Global Themes Option

It would be cool to provide different common themes (catppuccin, tokyo night, dracula, gruvbox, etc.) that would apply to all programs.

Provide an option under System Settings > global theme to choose your theme

Describe alternatives you've considered

Additional context

I'm not super familiar with themeing but a start could be using base16 themes for programs that support them

we already have a Global Theme tool. maybe we could tweak that?
