Add choice to decline themes

Would it be possible to add a choice to the script to decline any added themes?

I've also tried to remove the fancy GRUB customization by comment out certain part of the code, but it goes horribly wrong.

Thats because some of the grub code is required to set grub up and part of it is required to theme it but at this piont I would just use the archinstall command it comes with every recent arch iso and is officially supported
