key shortcuts

some key bindings are not working for some reason. for example, I install Guake and then open Guake, but when I press F12 Guake is not opening like it should. Also, on Latte-Dock, I set the Super/Meta key to open the Start menu and that doesnt work. If however I go into the settings and set manually F12 to open Guake that way then it works, but normally that is not needed. On a normal arch install its working fine though so something is wrong here
