Won't Boot with ext4

Every time I choose ext4, I get stuck at startup just showing it's starting Plymouth. Never get the graphical screen. When I choose btrfs, no problem.

I have also installed it on more than 3 devices tried both btrfs and ext4 no issues where found, SSD and HDD.

I have same issue on ssd disk and btrfs and ext4
