Is this still up-to-date?
Hello, I came here from the talk at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-50ntzz18XU and was wondering whether this is still up to date or whether several aspects were deprecated in one of the plenty dotnet releases since then.
Also is the course mentioned in the slides https://www.pluralsight.com/authors/chris-klug still up to date or is it worth looking for alternatives?
Hi!
I think a lot of the concepts are still valid, but the implementation changed a bit for version 3 and up. So yes, it is still somewhat valid, but I would maybe have a look around to see if you can find anything newer if you are starting a new project on .NET Core 3+. However, if you are interested in the general gist of how it works, it might work.
It’s the same with the Pluralsight videos unfortunately.
Cheers, Chris
