PhotoURL can cause cookie issues when module running on a child portal

If you've got a Child portal with DNN Chat running, the PhotoURL (dnnimagehandler) urls are coming from the ROOT of the site, not from the child portal in DNN 8.0.4, might need to handle that differently in code (handling child aliases)
