Taskbar keyboard shortcuts for apps stop working

After launching Taskbar XI keyboard shortcuts for the taskbar stop working. This includes all windows key + number combinations.

All versions 1.0.1.0 and after result in the same issue. Did not occur in 1.0.0.0. Exiting Taskbar XI does not fix the issue until force closing and restarting explorer.exe after Taskbar XI is completely exited.
