Windows start button not showing after selecting "ignore max"

Before setting this I had 5 icons (including the windows start icon) and after applying this setting, along with hiding the system tray, the windows start menu gets cut!

Using Windows 11 Home 23H2 (Insider's Edition)

3 months later, the same issue is still present. I wish there was an easy workaround that could be implemented something like locking Start to the dock or for even more versatility locking favorite programs to the dock.
