TaskbarXI is not opening but directly applying the changes

@ChrisAnd1998 I downloaded the latest taskbarXI but when i am trying to open it it's not opening. It's directly applying the changes. But i want to apply my own changes and I can't even add or remove apps from the tsskbar. Please help me either apply the changes or help me uninstall it.

This source is broken and does not work anymore and the creator of this code does not give a hoot
