Switching windows-users messes up the orientation of the taskbar

Describe the bug Switching to other Windows-Users and back messes up the order/orientation of TaskbarX.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Set up TaskbarX for user A
2. Switch to user B (without logging off A)
3. Back to user A

Expected behavior TaskbarX remains as configured.

• OS: Win10
• Version 21H2

Additional context Logging off & on completly or just locking the current user does not generate this problem.

Edit: Temporary workaround: New scheduled task: CMD taskkill TaskbarX.exe Modified the TaskbarX-created scheduled task to run on unlock instead of logon shortly after.

Update: Same problem appears after Energy Saving - even without switching users.
