taskbar x stopped working after updateing to windows 11 ver 22h2

i am on a insider build of windows 11 22h2 and it looks like microsoft changed some taskbar thing under the hood
it does it's thing when the system starts but opening the start menu breaks it

I'm on the public release of 22H2 22621.382 and can confirm the same.

Bump, it messes the taskbar. Sometimes its transparent, on different monitors, and shows as its own independent window on Discord too?
