TaskbarX not relauching when connecting to second monitor
Bug description As you connect and disconnect a monitor on a laptop, after connecting the external display via USBC TaskBarX does not affect the taskbar on the secondary monitor, and you have to relauche TaskbarX to get it working on both displays.
To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Have the same bug. Older version worked fine tho. Very annoying issue. Might gonna switch to an older version
Could be the same thing as in https://github.com/ChrisAnd1998/TaskbarX/issues/946
Had the same issue on 1.7.6.0. Uninstalled this version and installed 1.7.5.0. Now works fine. And I don't have the #875 bug, so this downgrade isn't crucial
