TaskBar brokes

If change the resolution or increase the number of taskbar rows, the display breaks before restarting TaskBarX image image

Windows 10 21H2, Same on all my devices.

I have the same, but just on booting windows, not changing any resolution. Only cause i can think of is my unusual resolution of 5120x1440. The right half of the taskbar is simply invisible.

Edit: Might also be related to my resolution changing on boot, since i have my screens off for power saving purpose, and turn them on a little later.

I'm also experiencing this issue when the laptop is in sleep mode, then a higher resolution monitor is plugged in via USB-C and a dongle before turning on the laptop.

I have the same bug with any version above 1.7.5.0.
