Strange interaction between hiding Start button and tray area with Corner Radius and Taskbar Segments

Basically, with Taskbar Segments enabled:

• 0 Corner Radius and Hide Start Button/Hide Tray Area enabled: The button and the tray area are hidden but the segments aren't.
• non 0 Corner Radius and Hide Start Button/Hide Tray Area enabled: The button and the tray area along with their segments are hidden properly.
• 0 Corner Radius and Hide Start Button/Hide Tray Area disabled: The button and the tray area along with their segments are visible properly.
• non 0 Corner Radius and Hide Start Button/Hide Tray Area disabled: The button and the tray area along with segments are completely hidden

In bold are the cases where the program seems to be choking up on.
