Taskbar icons keep moving right when opening/closing un-pinned windows

Describe the bug When I open or close an un-pinned window, the taskbar icons move to the right by a lot. Additionally the taskbar icons are too far right even after restarting TaskbarX (as seen in the first screenshot).

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Restart TaskbarX
2. Open a window for an app that isn't pinned

Expected behavior The taskbar icons should stay centered.

Additional context This started happening after upgrading to version 1.7.6. I was previously using 1.6.x but had to upgrade after I started encountering an infinite loop where TaskbarX would keep restarting every second.

having the same issue on the latest build, it keeps moving untill its completely gone
