The custom Start button on multiple monitor setup only opens start on primary display

Describe the bug This is kind of minor, but .. I have a four monitor setup. I can create the shortcut as directed to create a custom start button, and drag it to the taskbar; it appears on all 4 taskbars fine (and centers along with the other icons very nicely) and it works fine on the primary display; but on monitors 2,3, &4, it still only opens the actual Start menu on the primary monitor rather than in the display I clicked it in.

Expected behavior I was expecting the custom start button to open the Start menu in the display I clicked it in.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

  • OS: Windows 10 Enterprise 20H2
  • Version 19042.1586
