Wont turn transparent

I have been using TaskbarX for a while, but had to stop beacuse my taskbar took way to long to load and would freeze even after restarting. Recently I downloaded it again and tried turning my taskbar transparent to go with my setup. Whenever I started it up it would center my icons, yet wouldn't turn transparent. Tried going into configurations and restarting/stopping then pressing apply with transparent, but it wouldn't center neither go transparent. I don't know what is wrong.
