Automatic Center Icons won't update after exiting an app

Describe the bug A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open an zip file
  2. Close the zip file
  3. Taskbar wont automatically center (it will center if taskbar is clicked)

Expected behavior I expected that after I close the zip file the taskbar will re-center

Desktop (please complete the following information):

  • OS: Windows 10 Pro
  • Version 21H2
