Taskbar on laptop screen doesnt go back down

So, recently installed TaskbarX, and it works perfectly on my monitors screen, but on my laptops screen, I have the option to where the taskbar tweens down upon not hovering for it (desktop mode i believe is the name). It works fine on my monitor, but when using it on my laptop screen, the taskbar doesnt go back down when using TaskbarX.

Reproduction:

• Laptop Needed with a spare monitor
• Have the following WINDOWS taskbar options enabled: "Automatically hide the taskbar in desktop mode"
• Test that the taskbar appears on hover
• Run taskbar X
• Bug should apply after you try hovering for it, then moving away.
