Describe the bug Taskbar icons only centers ,if animations are set NONE !!.. otherwise wont work.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to '...'
2. Click on '....'
3. Scroll down to '....'
4. See error

Expected behavior either set animation = None by Default. OR make it work with Animations // note: i dont need animations.

only works when animation set to None via TasbarX.Configurator App.

• OS: Windows 10
• Version 1809

windows 10 - 1809 - [Version 10.0.17763.379] 2 monitors mirror Mode: Show only 2nd Screen.

guys try to set animation NONE .. see image above..

i managed to make it work.. like this.
