[Wish] Auto-refresh when connecting second monitor

When plugging in a second monitor, I have to manually refresh TaskbarX for it to apply to the new monitor. This isn't a huge deal, but it'd be nice to it to do this automatically, as I do this quite frequently.

For this reason im using a way older version because it still works there without a problem.
