taskbar doesnt work

Describe the bug taskbar doesn´t open. I open taskbar and windows apears to load the modification but all is the same.before the last update worked fine i set to tranparent mode so i can see my wallpaper like fullscreen with the icons

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to taskbar folder
2. Click on taskbar.exe
3. click on taskbar configurator
4. select transparent then apply
5. nothing happens

Expected behavior 1.open taskbar 2. taskbar being transparent

why do you need it on windows 11? isn't it centered by default?
