Some taksbar fragments dont disappear with taskbar segments on, there's a "residue"

Open FinnX0 opened this issue 2 years ago • 2 comments

Describe the bug This (screenshot below) - a blurred / filled out space (?) stays on screen when taskbar segments is on, nothing gets rid of it. It can be right-clicked to show the menu but in the spot where the start button was nothing shows.

To Reproduce

  1. turn on taskbar segments
  2. Hide Tray Area and/ or start menu (exact same problem, makes no difference)

Expected behavior Only show the taskbar with the icons without the "residue" of the start button and notifs tray

Screenshots My settings in TaskbarX Configurator: image

How it looks on screen: Zrzut ekranu (74)

It's possible to open context menu from here: Zrzut ekranu (75)

Desktop

  • OS: Win 10
  • Version 22H2

Additional context -It's the same in rainmeter as well as normal program -nothing gets rid of it -It can be right-clicked to show the menu but in the spot where the start button was nothing shows I would be happy if I could even make the residue transparent without changing the taskbar in the middle, but i hope to get rid of it completely, it's an aestethical ick..

On the main monitor it has a background behind hidden start and tray but, on a secondary monitor it wont even let you turn on start and tray. Don't know what it does for 3 or more. Screenshot (1)
