Start Menu button not hiding (RM Skin)

Hi, Hide start button is not working. (Rainmeter skin)

Describe the bug Change the setting hide

To Reproduce hps=1 ;will hide the start button on the primary monitor. 0 is disabled and 1 is enabled.

hss=1 ;will hide the start button on the secondary monitor. 0 is disabled and 1 is enabled.

4. See error the settings do nothing. The start button should disappear
