TaskbarX glitches when opening/closing Windows Terminal

Describe the bug When I try to open Windows Terminal (downloaded from Microsoft Store), it glitches. Glitching behaviour is similar to opening a new instance of TaskbarX. The bug doesn't only happen when I open Microsoft Terminal from the taskbar. It also happened when I open it using the search feature.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Click on the Windows Terminal in your taskbar
2. Glitch happened here OR
3. Click the Windows key
4. Search for Windows Terminal
5. Glitch happened here

Expected behaviour For the taskbar to not move around.

• OS: Microsoft Windows 10 IoT Enterprise LTSC
• Version: 10.0.19044 Build 19044

Additional context

1. Only happens when opening/closing Windows Terminal.
2. I've tried both the portable version and the Rainmeter version, though I'm now using the Rainmeter version.
