Issue: Auto-renaming of custom start button

Describe the bug When adding a custom start button, it auto changes the name "Start" into "Start (3)" for some reason

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a new shortcut file
2. Copy the string "C:\Users\*****\TaskbarX_1.7.6.0_x64\TaskbarX.exe" -showstartmenu
3. Name it as "Start"
4. Drag the shortcut to taskbar
5. Shows as "Start (3)"

Expected behavior Shortcut file name on taskbar should appear as "Start"
