Additive changes to UserRightsAssignments

I was wondering how easy it would be to allow privilege changes to be additive rather than completely replace what's there already (similar to the MembersToInclude attribute in xADGroup)?

First, sorry for the very belated response...

The idea behind providing this module is to ensure that the settings are set as exactly as specified. It would be a very significant enhancement to modify the module to make it additive.

I can definitely see the benefits of doing this, but it would be an extensive add-on.

I encourage you to provide a PR for the basic functionality. I will be more responsive if there is something to 'act' on.
